Funding line raise of £2 million:
Funding investment for a manufacturing company via a sophisticated consortium investor.
Funding line raise of £8 million:
Facility provided for manufacturing company covering ID, stock, asset purchase, and rolling cash facility.
Funding line raise of £25 million:
Facility put in place a funding line of £25m for an exclusive wine fund operating out of an offshore tax efficient shell. The funding matches £25m investment from IFA private funds and there is a further option negotiated for an enhanced line of £50m.
Mezzanine funding line of £750,000:
The line was provided to fund trading finance on orders and manufacturing products from the Far East for a major well known footwear brand.
Restructure of two serviced office businesses:
Instigated and implemented a £1m plus write off of debts via a restructuring process allowing both businesses to trade forward.
Mezzanine funding line of £850,000:
The mezzanine funding line was provided to fund the purchase of assets out of administration.
Restructured a company and sold it on for £800,000:
Restructured a loss making business supported by VC and Bank funding over a 15 month period with the company (previously worth nothing) being sold to a PLC company for £800,000.
Equity based funding for development finance £2 Million:
Consortium funding via sophisticated high net worth individuals for a utility based manufacturer.
Far East based manufacturer joint venture with UK based designers:
$5m credit and funding line to import products from China into Europe.
Bridging facility - software house:
Placed a £1.2m bridging facility for the acquisition of assets from an administrator in a leading edge software company: Pre IPO Investment funding of £5 million plus a £500,000 bank line: Utility based company planning an IPO on the AIM market required and placed £5m pre IPO funds via sophisticated high net worth individuals and institutional funders.
Advice given during a £70 million take-over:
Hoskyn Child gave specific support and advice during an aggressive take-over of a £70 million turnover group via a listed PLC.
