The principle behind sale and lease-back is to allow an existing business which owns its own freehold property to release capital directly into that company for the benefit of the business. We can obtain up to 100% of open market value and put in place a highly competitive lease based upon rentals and a buy-back clause.
Obtaining an offer in principle takes around a week, with subsequent commercial valuations with reputable valuers taking a further 2 - 3 weeks.
